Rooms & Pricing

The Fellowship has three rooms currently available, ranging from $750 to $1,200 per month. One room has an en suite bathroom, the others have shared baths. Two rooms have balcony access.

Utilities typically run $100-150 per person per month and include electricity, water, gas, and trash.

Partial furnishings are available if helpful.

• Guest Loft — Dedicated space for hosting visitors

• Half Acre Outdoor Space — Fire pits, propane grill, room for parties
• 3 Kitchens — Fully equipped across all three houses
• Multiple Living Rooms — Plenty of hang out spaces

The Community​

We are healthy, conscientious people including grad students, artists, and technologists. We host gatherings such as:

• Parties and performances
• Band practice and music sessions
• Tea parties and salons/discussions
• Movie nights and karaoke
• Regular "family dinners"

You're welcome to participate or not as you choose—there's always plenty of quiet space for introverts.

Travis Heights, Austin — serene and quiet while close to everything:

• 3-10 minutes to downtown, Town Lake, South Congress, East Austin by car
• Easy access by bike or scooter
• Walking distance to trails and local spots
