Our Spaces
Living here is a bit like renting a mansion with three wings. Between the three houses there are 12 bedrooms, 3 kitchens, several living rooms, a conservatory, a sunroom, a loft for guests, and more than half an acre of land.
The Houses
Three houses side by side, joined by one backyard:
House One
The conservatory, the sunroom, the hot tub and cold plunge, the theatre room, and the guest loft
House Two
The living room and balcony, the propane grill, the backyard and chickens, and a coworking space
House Three
Bedrooms, a kitchen, a coworking space, and the barbell gym
Shared Spaces
Everyone who lives here can use all of this:
Indoor
- The Conservatory, a big room for hanging out, working or practicing music
- The sunroom, a bright room for meals and slow mornings
- Theatre room with a projector, a screen and a sound system, for movies and karaoke
- Guest loft, kept free for visitors
- 3 kitchens, one in each house, all fully stocked
- Several living rooms, so there's always a couch free
Outdoor
- A half-acre backyard with room for parties
- Hot tub and cold plunge, side by side
- Fire pits in a few different spots
- A built-in propane grill
- Chickens in a mobile coop, with eggs to match
- Woodwork shed with tools and room for projects
Fitness & Wellness
- Barbell gym, fully set up
- Hot tub for the evenings
- Cold plunge for the mornings you need waking up
Tech & Connectivity
- 1 to 5 Gbps fiber in every house
- A shared self-driving Tesla
Available Rooms
Three rooms are open right now, from $850 to $1,250 a month:
- One has its own bathroom
- Two open onto a balcony
- The others share bathrooms
- We can partly furnish a room if you need it
Utilities usually come to $100 to $150 per person.
