Sunroom
A bright room with a sofa and a dining table. It's where people eat breakfast, read, and drift in and out on slow mornings. The hot tub is just outside.
Hot Tub & Cold Plunge
The hot tub and the cold plunge sit side by side, so going back and forth takes about two steps. A lot of days end in the hot tub. A lot of mornings start in the plunge, usually when coffee isn't cutting it.
Theatre Room
A proper projector and screen for movie nights, watch parties and karaoke. Comfortable seats and a good sound system.
Guest Loft
A loft set aside for visitors. Friends and family can come stay without taking over anyone's living room, and they get a bit of privacy too.
